:unsure: I trained bi's / tri's tonight but the pain in my left forearm is crushing my routine... I could not push past the pain tonight... lastnight I trained chest.. usually I push through the pain in the first few warm up reps and it goes away.. but not F####ing tonight.. help me any thoughts....
