Right now, they are about even, but I have been punishing my legs lately and I am trying to get under the big weight to encourage some growth. I started training them late compared to the rest of my body...in hinsight, I would have done nothing but squats when I started training, but all I have access to was leg press, which I never put enough weight on.

I wear an inzer double denim... the apf meets that i do are all done in kilos. so my attempt was 257.5 kilos. which equals 567.5 lbs. I was using an inzer hardcore squat suit and groove briefs for the squat.

there is a great kilo conversion chart at worldpowerliftingcongress.com... those are the choices you have when planning your lifts.

My bench sucks...maybe 315-330. Squat is much better...somewhere around 450 or better. I don't do one rep lifts hardly at all but I know I can rep 450 for 3 or more.

I've lowered my weight and raised my # of reps for legs recently based on Swole's routine. When I was going heavy I was working out with 305-315lbs for sets in squat and 275lbs for sets in bench. I have never maxed on squat so I don't know what it would be.

When I started training legs I weighed 165 and struggled to squat 100lbs 10 times. 2.5 years later I'm squatting 300 for 8 with a clean max of 400. I'm not breaking paralel though at 400.
I'm 5'11" and weigh 195 now. I wish the rest of my body would grow like my legs. I didn't train legs for the first 8 months I lifted. They just seem to keep growing. Oh yeah my bench sux. Max of 270.

about 200lbs more. I was the opposite of every other guy in the world I think. When I was a kid, all I trained were my legs. Never touched upper body for a long time. my legs are way strong compared to my upper body. I can squat about 450 for reps but usually I keep it lower because I don't want to hurt my knees etc. So I stay around 300 and go for more reps on squats.

But my bench is pathetic. just about 275 for 4 or 5 reps at the end of a workout. I haven't maxed in bench in a long time

My bench is weak. I max at 290. My squat is okay. I can do 315 about 15 times.

u guys are funny how you consider it weak, as if benchin 300lbs is weak or something to be ashamed of. I bench 155lbs im a lil guy whos startin out, but i mean 300lb bench thats like 2 women i think thats just amazing.

As for squating i want to go to failure but im scared about letting the bar drop, how many people out here have gone to failure? we have a couple power racks but i don't know about just lettin the weight drop to teh saftey bars, ive never seen anyone do it. Do you guys?
