Thread: Morning workout

I plan to work out in the morning I heard of people just drinking a powerade or something in the morning I dont feel Ill have enough time to pound back a full meal before I go to the gym then to work, can I get away with a shake and maybe a banana I dont want to be to bloated for my workout.

what time you training? if you have got time to before your workout eat some solid food, if not go with the shake, i train in the morning before work ialways get some whole grain in first.
