Theory On Warmups, Right or Wrong?
Ok I've heard people say they like to do 4 warmups, 3 warmups, several before every exercise and I think it's crazy. My thing has always been one nice, good form, good contraction warmup per body part; and it's worked fine. Think about it...wouldn't too many warmups take away from the actually heavy lifting? I've never tried more than that and I'm wondering, would I benefit from doing more or does anyone else agree with my view?

Warming up is important but I think the sets shouldn’t be to taxing just enough to promote Sinoveal fluid in to the joints ect ect.yes that’s right I don’t know how to spell (sinoveal)
