    Forearms??

    What are good forearms workouts?

    bro when I just grab the straight bar and curl them up my forearms get such a pump I cant even work out after. I hve to make shure I do those as my LAST sets because of that pump I get.

    I use Hammer Curls on my Bicep/Back day so I no longer really do forearm workouts, but when I did, I used these:

    1) Reverse Barbell Wrist Curls
    2) Barbell Wrist Curls I would sit at the end of a bench, with my elbows resting on my knees for both of these.

    I would do 4-5 intense burning sets, pushing out as many reps as I could with a 40-50lbs barbell, these would be done after a bicep workout w/o hammer curls.

    I found working forearms with back worked well cuz of all the weight you use (and I also throw in some hammer curls on chest/bis day). Later I read that Lee Priest works forearms with back for that reason. I'M AS SMART AS LEE PRIEST! YAAAAAY!

    deadlifts have put more mass on my forearms than anything else. But i do them without wrist wraps. When your hands have to to hold over 200 lbs a peice, your forearms have got to grow.

    Grab a pair of heavy dumbbells and walk till they fall out of your hands, then do that 2 more times and tell me how they feel.

    get a hockey stick (im canadian) or some kind of wooden stick tie a rope around it and then tie a weight to the other end of the string. Stand with your arms out holding onto this stick and use your wrists to twist the weight up the rope around the stick front then back all the way down do this a couple times. I had to do this excersize when i was in hockey to strengthen my wrist shots.

    Deadlifts are good but these are even better
