Timing of Morning Cardio After Last Meal At Night...

    Sup fellas? Quick question.

How much time should I wait (obviously, I'll be sleeping during most of this time) between the last meal of the night and cardio on an "empty" stomach the next morning?

    Thanks

Most research shows anything longer than a 4 hour fast, decreases you RER, meaning you burn a higher percent of fat.

    Hey Dynasty,
I don't know about you but I try never to have an empty stomach when I'm awake. I don't have a weight problem though. I try to eat 5-6 times day. But before a morning cardio run or whatever cardio you may do , I have a lite snack, breakfast bar & a cup of no-fat milk or something.

aye what a werid question, but yeah min of 4hrs so if you only sleep 3hrs at night (God help you) then hold off atleast 1 more hour... and make sure your meal prior to cardio is ProFat
