What part of the tris do bench and shoulder presses hit?
When doing flat and incline dumbell presses and dumbell shoulder presses, what part of the tris get hit? The inner, outter, or middle head?

not for sure to tell you the trueth... mebee.. all 3 i know after a few heavy slow sets on flat i feel a complete pump on all 3 heads. makes me think of wide grip dips..

Mostly the outer, then the middle, then the inner.
All three are used, but in that order of severity.
