man i hate my chest. it wont grow for crap. i dont get it, i do everything and work my Azz off and still nothing. i feel like crap because i wont even take my shirt off cause my arms are big, but chest is small. anyone have any suggestions, my diet is right, im gaining weight but not there. i do one month all dbs, and next month bbs and switch. i go slow and use the right weight and the right form, i lowered my weight because i wasnt do them right, and still nothing.
