    Chest Question!!!

My flat bench is considerably stonger than my incline, espeically when i do incline after a 4 set flat bench workout...as a result, my upper chest isnt devloping and growing as much.....

my question: On chest days, should i start off always by doing incline first? then going to flat? I've heard alot about how incline workouts are much better for the development of your chest and it doesnt have as much stress on the shoulders when compared to flat...

Also, is it a good idea to do BB for one month, then DB the next month and keep alternating? OR is it good to MIX BB workouts with DB workouts? like...BB incline 3 sets, then 3 sets DB incline...and so on....

    Thanks!!

If you upper chest is lagging then yes, do some sort of an incline press at the beggining of your workout. As far as DBs and BBs go I like to do one workout with DBs and then the next workout with BBs and so on.
