Hey just started going to the gym 3-4 months ago. I'm 19 I weigh 145 5,7 anyways I can eat anything and not gain weight. I question is should it still be better to keep a strain diet. Would say fast-foods slow my building down? Also what exercises would you suggest and How much better is free-weight comapred to machinces? also wondering if u were to do street-drugs like weed or coke. Would you have a allerated workout?
