Adjustable Dumbells
Hey Bros!
I'm looking into buying some adjustable dumbells (the kind where you can add a plate thing to the handle by placing it on the rack and turning the dial) Any suggestions? Have any of you had any experience with those? Info please.
Thanks bros.

If your referring to the bowflex DB's i've heard they suck and often break.

unless they go up over 100 lbs, they're not heavy enough.

Yeah, I can see how they can break. Thing is, I move to this small town in Utah. No gym. What is my best way pumping iron?
Thanks Bros

These are in Muscle and Fitness. Not sure how good they are but they look nice and you can go up to 120lbs.
