    If you have to miss a day or working out which body part do you skip?

    Ok i know im not the first person to run into this problem, and what i usually do is carry over the workout till i get to do every muscle but there have been times where i went on vactaion or etc that i had to miss a muscle i would usually try to skip Back workouts. Why i dont know casue i want to get my back bigger and shreded i just feel IMO that the other parts are more imporatant.

    Well Bud, this is a question of all questions and I think the answer is "your own personal preference". When something like that happens, I just picked up where I left off so to speak. But I do run into problems with specific areas (like my chest for instance) in which I struggle trying to make look good. Therefore, I on chest days I will push it hard, and try to get as much chest workouts in as possible within moderation and time to rest.

    i either skip the body part that's slightly ahead of the others at the time, or i just push my whole routine back one day

    damn i am l;azy and usuallyu forget about it. I used ot forget back and legs. Now I am into getting a huge back so that is one of my priorities. Now i mimss my tricept work out. SOmeone has to come here and kick my a$$ into getting me to do my leg work oouts. I never do them. I am getting to p heravy. My calves are so small but my top half is gettyiong bigger

    I just combine two body parts into one day instead of doing one body part a day like I usualy do.

    I skip legs. My trainor hates me for it. He will wisper in my ear, "the girl over there thinks you are really cute, but she told me she thinks you'd look much better if you built you legs up more."

    I hate doing legs.

    I know im gonna get flamed for this but if I HAD to skip one part it would be shoulders. It seems like they are sore every other day from various compound movements, and my shoulder day just destroys them. I need more time for them to rest, they seem to be a secondary muscle thats worked a lot in my other excercises. Not quite sure, I could be overtraining them though.
