workout times
I am able to work out four days a week and my piss ant job keeps me from the other 3 but i was wanting to know if anyone has any information on this workout times?? I can only do 4 days in a row wich i know is not that good for the body but it is all i can do. Any suggestions

if your looking to bulk you only want 3 days a week
4 days wont hurt you that bad just plan your workout
like back bi's, then legs ,chest tris, shoulders,
something along those lines

ok i dont need bulk but i need to know some workouts to do i am changing thinks up a little sine i have been injured and now ready to get back to the pumping of things andy suggestions on what workouts to do along the 4 day lines??

day 1 chest tris
day 2 legs
day 3 back bi's
day 4 shoulders cardio?
day 1 chest
day 2 legs
day 3 back
day 4 bis, tris <--- the next week do tris 1st then bis
i like doing chest and tris , and back and bi's togeather
cause my arms a pre exhausted from doing chest or back depending on the day
