day 2 includes 4x8-10 wide grip pullups, 3x 8-10 row, 3x8-10 lat pull, 6x8-10 mass bicep movement, 5x10-15 DB shrugs
Would this be overtraining? i have always worked out each body part 1ce a week and i want to try something new to shock my muscles so i am going to try to hit everybody part every 5-6 days. what yall think?
