Hey ya'll I was wondering if anyone out there uses a rockit? I have the oppurtunity to get one from my neighbor for free (he bought it and never used it). Any opions, tips, or negative/positive feed back on the rockit would be greatly appreciated. thanks

If you want huge quads that won't get you them. But if you wanna have some cool sex with your girl it might help there.
Get a power rack instead and do heavy free bar squats. Thats the way to go about big, strong legs. Not that girly apparatus.

The ones I have been looking at usually run from $500 to $700 bucks. When I get the money together I am going to look into used first though.
Yeah, how banged up could a power rack get? Not to the point where its not functional.
