To stress the pectorals directly, should the elbows be tucked in to the body or flaired out while bench pressing?
flared out, tucked in would hit the triceps..or should I say it them more.

flaring your elbows out puts you at a much greater risk for shoulder injury.
Conversly, keeping tuck in can allow for greater poundages to be lifted as ROM(range of motion) is less and more direct. Too many people do not effectively work the pec muscles right when doing the bench because they have bad form, too much weight ect.. using shoulders/tri's to push. Performing a fly motion imo directly targets more pec fibers. Need to have a strong back too to lift correctly in the bench. Elbows flared too much you run the risk of injury to shoulder girdle.
