Cardio on off days
Should I do my cardio on my days off or is it best to do nothing on a day off. My split looks like this :
2 days on
1 day off
2 days on
2 days off
im bulking by the way

Yes, use it as a means of recovery/heart health/etc.

i never do cardio while bulking... i walk 5 miles 5 days a week about though... so i guess that is considered cardio... if you are going to do cardio while bulking walk on an inclined treadmill (20 deg. incline) for about 40 mins to an hour....

We dont have an incline treadmill at my gym at the minute. I only do 10 minutes on a x-trainer and 10 minutes on the exersize bike so its not like Iam doing loads

I am for a target heartrate of around 155 bpm.
