leg pain and cardio
hey boys,
just curious, lookin for opinions about cardio after leg days....
its hard enough getting up early, but tryin to do that while in pain from yesterdays leg workout...what u boys do to overcome this if possible?....any input woud be great thanks...

I dont do cardio untill they feel better. You need to let them heal running will cause more breakdown and slow down the healing process. Let them rest up a little.

I did legs yesterday and performed cardio this morning. Depending on your goals, you have to be willing to give up something/or suffer to get what you want!

Yep...just work through it. Cardio needs to be done IMO.

Cardio can actually help the healing process, not hurt it.

well, i dont like doing cardio the day after legs, i plan around it. Usually legs.. day off, then cardio and arms. But everyone is right, cardio can be helpful in healing... but i dont like doing it the day after... thats my rest day..
