If i am running (low intensity jogging 3 days a week) can i replace my leg workout with an ab workout and say just keep squats or as johan put it another key leg excersize the works out the entire lower body.

I am trying to lose weight becasue my body stores fat in my legs and stomach so im more concerned with losing arm n upper body density.

Also after im starting to cut come april ( tomorrow mourning run ) and i was wondering if running after a max effort leg workout is a good idea. As i had a one Thursday march 31 and am attempting to run tomorrow mourning. Any opion on the subject is much appreciated thanks.
