Speaking of chest ... quick dip question

I remember learning once that different ways of doing dips can target either the triceps or chest ... anyone remind refreshing my memory?

Oh I just noticed you're brand new here.

You can search any forum for past posts. Questions such as yours have most likely been answered multiple times and should be easy to find.

Leaning your torso forward will stress your chest.
Keeping your torso perpendicular to the floor, will stress more triceps.

Its more of the way you tuck your elbows too. elbows-in hits the tricep and elbows flared out will hit your chest.

Yep, most machines have adjustable handles, you can adjust them wider for chest, then closer together for tri's.
    Thanks
