If your training/eating/dedication is anything like your communication, it's clear to see why.

    Uuummmmm... Welcome to the internet.
I'd say read up on some of the basic training principles so you can get a better understanding of how to work your body and make it grow. More importantly, check out the diet forum and read the stickies at the top of the page, most people fail because they think that eating right isn't a big deal when trying to gain muscle. Also, stay away from steroids , as vague as your post is, I think it's safe to assume that your are in no way ready to inject hormones into your body. Learn the basics.

Also, here is a good link

Bro at 19yrs old and working out for only 3 months what do you expect?? Yes, its hard work but what are you calling hard? The HOW is just as important if not more. If you need better answers then be more elaborate..........

Well I felt the same as you did...but give it a year and you'll begin to see what you have worked for. Meanwhile read "Arnold Schwarzenegger's Encyclopedia Of Modern Bodybuilding", first fitness book I ever read and gave me a great deal of knowledge of the basics. Theres illustrations to show if youre doing the exercise right or wrong, rules of thumb for "how many sets", "how many reps", etc. And also within 3 months you should have been making progress, atleast with your strength, beginners always have a tremendous amount of strength gain and then it begins to taper off.

As everyone made clear, its impossible to troubleshoot your problem with the info youve given. But For a while i felt the same way, that I wasnt going anywhere. And I read everything about building mass and applied it to my routine, and slept enough, and i THOUGHT I was eating enough. Then I tried upping my daily intake by about 30 percent and like magic i started growing. Unless you can pinpoint a training flaw, try eating alot more.

First i would tell your boss of what a good job your doing and kiss his ass a lil this will bring some attention to you hopefully positive. But if ur kiss ass skills are subpar you will still get results but probably not good ones
