deads need a lil help???
hey guys i was just wondering if u shrug when u do deads, i guess maybe through a lil trap exersise in with it a bit i was just wondering that and didnt no if that would be good or not good, i wouldnt mind hitting traps a lil more a wk anyways so any help would be great thanks

Secondly i deadlift to deadlift, i do shrugs late on in the same workout but if you can stop at the top to shrug the bar then go for the next rep you are'nt lifting nearly enough.
