back is killing me when i run
guys im just curious if you owul dhave any idea of why my lower back kills me when im runing. i mean i played college football and rugby so i know how to run but i cant figure out how to make it stop. any suggestions?

this used to happen to me ALOT a few years back. My guess is that your deadlifting too often or too heavy, and the back is constantly strained or tired OR your taking some dbol , dbol is famous for lower back pumps that can become unbearable and ridiculous.

well i dont do dead lifts and i am not on dbol lol sorry. could it be my shoes? my form? i mean this is pissing me off b/c i cant run like i want to

I had a killer sore back from deadlifts and I felt it during my jog on Monday. Maybe youre sitting with bad posture at work/school/home at computer talking to us?

water intake may be another source of the problem, when your not drinking enough of it your lower back can hurt sometimes.

yeah i have had lower back pains since prob high school football, used to hurt when i played college ball too, been to the doc long time ago they just thought it was muscular. and all i drink ios water all day so i dont think that is the problem

If it doesnt shape up soon I would go to the doc again if you can. Might need some physio...do u have insurance? Get a massage if you do. I'm lucky enough to have that benefit with my employer.

yeah but i think my insurence might be running out soon well thansk for the help guys, let me know if you think of anything else
