I do it 7 days per week on an empty stomach for 45 minutes minimum. I think it mostly depends on you, your diet and your goal but why do it half-ass... Cardio and Diet is what is needed to really cut up. Well for fat guys like me it is

Oldman Im sure with 45 minutes cardio 7 days a week on empty stomach would get the weight off u fast ( with proper diet).. what are your results when you train with this type of method?

I went from about 28% BF and 225-228lbs to my current 12-13% Bf (a guess on that ???) and I am at 198lbs and I am in week 17. I am trained under SwoleCat's services so diet is perfect, lifting and cardio are right on..
Here are a couple of before and current pics as of 2 weeks ago.. I do pics every two weeks and since this last one I have lost another inch on my waist and 4lbs more.

Believe me I have been lifting, exercising for 20+ years and NOTHING has done what SC's program did for me in a short 3 months. SC makes it so easy to follow and understand the program and why you eat this and that and what you lift and do cardio when..
I owe my new life to Chris.

Here are a couple of this week. Not a huge change but still moving forward.
I have a long way to go IMO but it took my 20 years to pack on the fat I am not going to let it take me 20 years to get rid of it.
