    Where is SWOLES bicep protocol

    I cant find it anywhere. Cud sum1 please post the link to the bicep one he posted and any other ones he uses- cheers

    also take a look at this on the 2nd page swolecat post a sample workout, but it is centered around leg rehabilitation

    One could also use that leg re-hab as a means of specializing legs in a workout program as well.

    I think because I started using it around here a lot.

    My programs are actually called "protocols", not programs, and I use that term here.

    swole, you have looked at my workout i know( i have only posted it about 35 times j/k) instead of me having an off day after back you think i could do this and really hit my legs hard? or would i need more days off since i will be bulking
    chest/sh/tri
    quads
    off
    back/bi
    hams/calves/abs
    repeat
