resistence training without weights
What's up fellas, and ladies too.
Anyway, does anyone know of any training programs that include very little dumbbell, barbell, or machine use. I'm trying to design a program for my brother-in-law and he has a hard time getting to the gym. Any help would be greatly apprecited. He is rather novice, and looking to put in about 20-30 minutes a day 3x a week. Links to websites with workouts or info showing pictures demonstrating technique would be helpful as well.
I have a lot of the basic exercises but just want to expand so he doen't get bored too quick.
Here is a list of a lot some basic exercises I may have him doing:
pushups
pullups
chinups
crunches
dips
squat jumps
calf raises
ab roller wheel
supermans...... (person lays on their stomach, arches pelvis, lifting limbs off the floor and keeping them balanced, starts with arms straight out in front of them about 6-8 inches off the ground, pulls arms back in straight line still 6-8 inches off the ground all the way until in line with shoulders then return arms out front again, and repeat) got it out of a magazine a long time ago, works good on shoulders and traps.

Use Resistance Bands, you can perform every exercise, just like with weights~
