this used to happen to me ALOT a few years back. My guess is that your deadlifting too often or too heavy, and the back is constantly strained or tired OR your taking some dbol, dbol is famous for lower back pumps that can become unbearable and ridiculous.
well i dont do dead lifts and i am not on dbol lol sorry. could it be my shoes? my form? i mean this is pissing me off b/c i cant run like i want to
I had a killer sore back from deadlifts and I felt it during my jog on Monday. Maybe youre sitting with bad posture at work/school/home at computer talking to us?
any ideas on how to try and fix this?
Sit with better posture? :unsure:Quote:

yeah i have had lower back pains since prob high school football, used to hurt when i played college ball too, been to the doc long time ago they just thought it was muscular. and all i drink ios water all day so i dont think that is the problem
If it doesnt shape up soon I would go to the doc again if you can. Might need some physio...do u have insurance? Get a massage if you do. I'm lucky enough to have that benefit with my employer.
yeah but i think my insurence might be running out soon  well thansk for the help guys, let me know if you think of anything else
