Hey Everyone,
I just got back in the gym and I am going to do a 4 day split but i cant figure out what body parts to work for days 4 and 5. It looks like this:
Day 1 - chest/bi
Day 2 - legs
Day 3 - rest
Day 4 - not sure if i should work shoulders or back/tri
Day 5 - same as above
Day 6 - rest
Day 7 - start over again - chest/bi......
Please help me determine what muscle groups i should work for Day 4 and 5.
