Please Help Fill in The Blank......

Hey Everyone,

I just got back in the gym and I am going to do a 4 day split but i cant figure out what body parts to work for days 4 and 5. It looks like this:

Day 1 - chest/bi
Day 2 - legs
Day 3 - rest
Day 4 - not sure if i should work shoulders or back/tri
Day 5 - same as above
Day 6 - rest
Day 7 - start over again - chest/bi......

Please help me determine what muscle groups i should work for Day 4 and 5.

You can do a search through this forum for best split, there are a ton of good examples. As to your split I would do the following.

Day 1 - chest/tri's
Day 2 - legs
Day 3 - rest
Day 4 - shoulders /back
Day 5 - bi's/abs
Day 6 - rest
Day 7 - start over again -

Thanks bro but i want to stick with the chest/bi and back/tri routine. I get so much more of a better bi and tri workout this way. Still not sure what to do abour day 4 and 5. :scratch:
