    You want to do lots of dancing for the lowerbody and play the drums alot to work the upper body
    (well these are really full body workouts but they got me to this size) Do i need to work on my quads

    start your workout with a left click on the search button. I've been on here reading for about 8 months and I still use the search to find out about 99% of the info I need. With this many... Threads: 140,828, Posts: 1,525,743, Members: 34,748 i would say most general topics like what you just posted have been asked and answered.

    Compound movements, heavy weight, low reps.

    Like the bro's above said. Do a few searches. There are lots of great workouts posted already.

    This pretty much says it. Do All compound movements. Don't waste your time on isolation for bulk.

    Again, compound movements. Look up the 5x5 routine while your searching.
