Look around the site and do a little reasearch, use the search button to find answers to your questions, and when you have a specific question someone will be more than happy to answer it for you. No one will answer such a vague question.

start your workout with a left click on the search button. I've been on here reading for about 8 months and I still use the search to find out about 99% of the info I need. With this many... Threads: 140,828, Posts: 1,525,743, Members: 34,748 i would say most general topics like what you just posted have been asked and answered.

This pretty much says it. Do All compound movements. Don't waste your time on isolation for bulk.
