Best excersise for Obliques
What is the best excersise to make your obliques bigger. Not sure if anyone has had this problem or not but, my left one is bigger than my right one (doesn't make sense). Thanks in advance.

IMO you dont really want to work this muscle group, to make it show you have to adjust you diet. Excersising them will make them bigger, not define them. Now, if your already ripped and want to exsersise them the best excersise IMO would be laying in an exsrsise ball on you side (hip) and doing a crunch with the oblique that isnt touching the ball, once you get a hang of this it will work really well.

Try standing holding a weight in your left hand then your right hand on your head and crunch over to the right side....is more for the side of the abs but its the best one i can think of

Do side bends with heavy weight like I see many guys do who think they know what they are doing! And then they have a nice big waistline...
