    no cardio in AM

Dam I just cant handle cardio in the morning. I tried a few times but just cant seem to get motivated till about 11am, but since i started a new job this week I wont be able to do it until 6pm anyway.

Is PM cardio in any way gonna effect my bulking cycle ??

It will effect muscle recovery if you are doing it after weights.

Would I be right in thinking doing cardio in the evening will just be burning off calories he's eaten and needs to grow ? (Since he's bulking)

Your desire to change must be greater than your desire to stay the same.

If you just "can't handle it", well...........

Could'nt have said it any better! Do you think i have enjoyed getting 5 hours of sleep a night for the last 6 months to get up and do AM cardio? Not really but like said above, you gotta do what you gotta do bottom line.

Hell i started running today at a local track, i was out there at 5:50am....its gotta be done.

kind of hard getting out the house at that time when you have a demanding toddler in bed like, but, hey, Il just go off out at 4:30am and do some cardio, im sure he will be fine

Would you be able to get a cheap running machine or anything so you could do your cardio at home and then keep an eye on your toddler ?

along with this is his resistance training frequency/intensity ... if he keeps those two factors under control so that they coinside w/ his alotted amount of rest he can still grow.

taking all into consideration, what would be your second best time/choice for CV? (If your trying to lean out while maximizing mass)....1st choice being early morning.
