Do you train differently on gear

    How do you train?

I train the same way i did when i was natural.

    Hard &heavy oldschool.

Low sets and a rep range between 4-8

example of a one of my chest and bicep workout: (changes EOW)

    warmup sets: 12,12
Incline bb bench press:3 sets of 8,6,6
incline db bench press:2 sets of 8,8
Incline db flyes:2 sets of: 8,8

    warmup sets:12,12
    Ez-bar cursl:3 sets of 8,6,6
Alt Db curls: 3 sets of 6,6,4
    Hammer curls:2 sets of 8,8

Do you train differently when on and off gear?

Yes I train a little diffrently while on and off. When I am off I need to usually give my body a little more rest than while on. I let my body tell me how hard I need to push myself and how much rest I need. I do still train with the same intensity but I am more cautious to overtraining while off and injuries.

I train more while on. My body feels like it can take more and recovers faster. I remember the last cycle I did, it was test e only, I would train every body part twice a week and felt great. Not long after my last shot for that cycle and starting pct, I started to drag when I would lift. I had to start taking more time off in between workouts cause I could not keep up with that pace while off. My energy level went down and I really felt at that time I was headed towards overtraining.

Yes, I recover faster while on. I am willing to up the weight faster because I am afraid I am not adapting fast enough to the gains and therefore wasting the opportunity to push myself further. There is also a mental edge while on, a feeling of well-being.

Agreed, when im on cycle i feel like I can run through a brick wall, and recover from it in seconds and do it again, but there are little things that happen to your body when you dont warm up properly, recover properly and the end result is epic failure
