Hard &heavy oldschool.
Low sets and a rep range between 4-8

Ez-bar cursl:3 sets of 8,6,6
Alt Db curls: 3 sets of 6,6,4
Hammer curls:2 sets of 8,8

Yes I train a little diffrently while on and off. When I am off I need to usually give my body a little more rest than while on. I let my body tell me how hard I need to push myself and how much rest I need. I do still train with the same intensity but I am more cautious to overtraining while off and injuries.

I train more while on. My body feels like it can take more and recovers faster. I remember the last cycle I did, it was test e only, I would train every body part twice a week and felt great. Not long after my last shot for that cycle and starting pct, I started to drag when I would lift. I had to start taking more time off in between workouts cause I could not keep up with that pace while off. My energy level went down and I really felt at that time I was headed towards overtraining.

Yes, I recover faster while on. I am willing to up the weight faster because I am afraid I am not adapting fast enough to the gains and therefore wasting the opportunity to push myself further. There is also a mental edge while on, a feeling of well-being.
