I know its supposed to be low intensity, 40-60 minutes. I am badly out of shape....so if I jog for about 2 and half minutes then walk a minute then do this over and over for the 40 minutes (my heart rate is always kept up and my chest hurts nicely...)does that sound alright, or should you NEVER need to walk and I should just jog a bit slower? Are you supposed to stay in your "target heart rate" thing during the full 40 minutes?
Oh yea....and does anyone know why my shoulder joints hurt like hell when im jogging? Im pretty sure im not bouncing my arms or anything weird like that.
