hi guys i hope to compete nexted year but need to bring my upper body up to where my legs are i want to do a five day split this is what i was thinking what do you think any idears. chest delts and arms are the main lagging parts as my back is thick and wide
day1 pull back traps rear delts bis
day2 chest delts tris
day3 off
day4 legs quads hams calves
day5 pull back traps rear delts bis
day6 push chest delts tris
day7 off
may put delts 1st on 2nd push day
