help with upper body
hi guys i hope to compete nexted year but need to bring my upper body up to where my legs are i want to do a five day split this is what i was thinking what do you think any idears. chest delts and arms are the main lagging parts as my back is thick and wide
day1 pull back traps rear delts bis
day2 chest delts tris
day3 off
day4 legs quads hams calves
day5 pull back traps rear delts bis
day6 push chest delts tris
day7 off
may put delts 1st on 2nd push day

unfortunately, in order to bring up your arms, you're probably going to need to incorperate an arm only day. blech.

thats what i have been doing mate
day1 chest
day2 arms and calves
day3 off
day4 back
day5 delts traps
day6 legs
day7 off
been doing this for 6 months switching up the reps sets and exersices all the time

thanks mate yer i knew i was doing to much 4 arms thats why a was going to do the split at the top cos they would only get 5 hard direct sets each time where as on arm day i cant stop at only 10 sets for bis and tris i like to fell drained like i have busted my balls every time i leave the gym and doing arms on there own just dont do that for me even with drop sets supersets ect i work to failer on most sets but i recover well and can keep going for along time i somethime find my self doing arms over 2hr this was the main reson for the split at the top. but thanks for the help mate i do like your split and may give it ago thanks again for your time

U cud try this split i have been using for a few weeks now, cos it allows you to get plenty recovery.
shoulder/tri
back/traps
off
legs/forarms
chest/biceps
off
off
