Football help
Hey guys I have never played football in highschool only ran track and i went and tried out for a a junior colleges football team becuase everyone told me i should im 6'0 190 my 40 time is a 4.34 and my bench was 225x17 times i know how to get in endurance shape but i have no idea really wut i need to be doing in the weight room can somone help me out with a really good football weight training program to get me explosive and stronger thanx alot.

why doesnt the football team have their own training program??? off-season or during season
