your best weighted dip,
What’s your best weighted dip, I managed three, 20plates for 10reps, but my training partner was holding my legs back so we had more of an angle on the chest, would you say this was cheating, wos your best dip??

6 45's on a chain at 320.
So i could do a dip if i weighed 600 lbs.
hopefully i will weigh that someday

I excel on all lifts except for lifts that use forearm power like dips, deadlifts, shrugs, etc... My forearm strength sucks, the rest of me I feel is awesome...

I can do reps with three plates. My trainer is a fricking animal, the limiting factor is the length of the chain in the gym, I have seen him just pumping away with eight plates. He is about 5'9" and weights about 210 lbs. Looks like the energizer bunny on roids. up and down up and down. It is really a sight to see... the whole gym stops.
