150lb Flat DB for 6 last night after BB Incline

Just wanted to pat myself on the back. Hit incline barbell for my first excercise (went up to 305# for 4) and then went to my db flats. Started with 90's, then 110's, then 130's and ended with a PB...150lbs for 6!!! Felt great and had good form.

Excellent work man. I loved when i broke the 100lb mark, cause thats just sick to be doin anything in three digits with dumbbell press. Unfortuniately, my school gym doesnt have anything over 100lbs, so i had to move back to bench press now

Great work, 150, ESPECIALLY after doing inclined, is some serious weight.

Thanks. It felt good to have so much energy left to do that much weight. At 31, I am just thankful that I am still able to set new PBs. Gotta say that diet is key.

good weight for good reps. And if you did it with good form all the better. I can inline the 46ks (about 101lbs). I need to gind a gym with some bigger db's. I think the 150's would just drop on my face tho!
