Just got a tredmil
I just got a tredmil for my home. Which means more consistant cardio. I plan on using it 5 days a week and will focus more on my diet and cutting down as well. Before this I almost never used a tredmil, do you guys have anything I should know before using it. Usually for cardio I would run around the park, but now I can use the tredmil.

walking about about 4.2 on a moderatly high grade is usually best for acquiring 65-75%MHR
