Thread: leg press or squat for mass??

I've tried a variety and no matter how hard I leg press/lunge/ hack squat, nothing stimulates growth like free squats thighs parallel to floor.

Squats 6 x 10
barbell lunges 6 x 10
hack squats 6 x 10
(puke) then do
extensions drop sets to failure
The only thing the leg press does for me is workout my arms putting the plates on them taking them off. I am serious.
