    DB or BB row

What are the advantages of DB vs BB row. I seem to grow better off of DB rows.

Once heard that bb is better for mass and db is better for definition. I started doing bb for bent over rows about 6 months ago and have seen a big diffirence.

DB rows allow more freedom of contraction and stretch but bb rows allows more weight (most of the time). Read Blown SC Thread 'if you wanna grow you gotta row'. Personally, I enjoy db rows because I have a injury that I need to work around in which heavy bb rows hurt.

I've tried both. I get better contraction from db rows, but can do heavier weights with bb rows. T-bar rows are also good for developing massive backs.
