Drop sets VS. 15 rep sets

Drop sets, lets say 8 reps, drop weight then another 8 reps.

    VS

    15 rep sets.

WHAT ARE THE PRO'S/CON'S OF EACH. WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES.

Drop sets: First 8 are heavy next 8 are lighter.

15 rep sets: Same weight the whole lift.

Drop sets are better for like a final burnout. Might be better for building mass. Better for shocking the muscles.

15 rep sets are good for a warm up.

Dont think either one will make or break a workout.

i love to do drop sets for squats and leg presses really hits my legs good. i agree with brew i usually do a set of 15 for a warmup. drop sets will keep your reps lower because obviously your getting more tired and really hit the muscle hard. i typically do drops sets for legs once a month. hopefully this helped.
