Just revamped my workout for cutting, hows it look
Hey just put this workout together and wondering if it is negood, right now im about 6'1 and 192 lbs. My goal is to cut down somebody fat, and hopefully end up with a weight of about 200-205. Wondering how this looks for these goals, number of exercises, split, rep, sets the hwole thing, whatch ya guys think? I mean my main goal is to look cut up, but id like to weigh 205 n look cut up, i feel with the right diet i can gain a few pounds while still looking cut, is this the right workout
MONDAY- CHEST/Cardio
2 warm ups doing flat dumbell x12 x10
FLAT DUMBELL(legs up on bench)- x8 x6 x6
INCLINE DUMBELL- x8 x6 x6
DECLINE BENCH- x10 x8 x6
Chest press 3X10- done very slow and really flex my chest to get a good stretch
TUESDAY- Cardio/ Abs/ Stretching
WED- BACK/Cardio/
Hit lat row- 4x10
Lat pull down(wide) 4X10
Smith machine bentover row- 4x10
SHRUGS-5x10
I lay down flat on an incline bench on my stomach and do raises- 3X10
THURS. - Cardio/Abs
FRIDAY-- SHOULDER/TRI's/ABS
warm up doing dumbell pressed x12 x10
Military smith machine(front) x8 x6 x6
arnold presses- 3x8-10
side raises(palms foward) 3x10
front raises(bar) 3X10
Skull crushers- x10 x8 x6 (should i be going heavier? like x 8 x6 x6
ezbar pushdown-3x10
rope pull down-3X10
2 sets of dips( the ones using 2 benches not the on ein the air) to exhaustion, should i switch to the dips that are done in the air?
SAT- Bis/legs/abs
Warmup 2 sets of ezbar sitting curls x12 x10
long bar- x8 x6 x6
standing curls(start off palms facing side then come up and have them facing chest) x8 x6 x6
incline bech curls(palms always fcing foward x8 x8 x8
I just got back from the gym(monday) n really had a good workout, and im really siked about having tom off from weights, then comming back real strong wed, but again is this workout condusive to my goals?Last edited by Machdiesel; 04-04-2005 at 03:53 PM.

ohh my bad, on my sat workout i do legs, Squat x 12 10 8 6 12, Leg press same, then calve raises 4 x 10, then ill go in the basketball court n put my hands behind my head, take a long step out( till my knee is about 2 inchesa bove the ground, the explode up, in a controlled fashion, then do the other leg the legnth of the court n back, i do this 5 times, thats my leg workout, but ne feeback on diet, routine , supps? actually i just saw ur avator, if thats u thats prety much the look im going for....

i was wondering because it didn't specify on your leg day. Make sure you change it up about every three weeks to keep your body guessing.

Also my I would REALLY love to "cut" my lower chest, its alittle saggy, really wanna get that tight cut look, when i put my arms over my head u can really see its saggy in the area around my nipple like an inch 1/2 all the way around, should i raise my reps to x10 x8 x8, or not do decline bench n susstitute with antoher...

hey mach diesel, maybe you should cut back on the potato salad and macaroni salad at the deli and you will achieve a more cut look...haha just ****ing with you. Your doing a great job

on the treadmill 10 mins at 5.0, then 10 at 5.5, then 10 at 5.0
bike 15 minutes, i jump right on that after the treadmill less then a minute lag time, jus get a quik drink n jump on the bike, i get really bored on the treadmill, just something i do to keep it fresh n not burn out

wondering if i should raise my reps on my chest day to cut up, or these will be sufficent for cutting, to be honest i woudl like my arms to get bigger, but right now my main concern is my stomach n cutting up my chest, so ill wait for the arms, neway what do u think about my chest day
