    sore ever after 2-3 days

Sometimes I work out and i'm sore for 4-5 days plus If I push myself enough my question is 2-3 days a bad thing. I mean I'm know doing bisceps and tris like next day . But still it seems when pushing myself i just get too sore. Should i keep going or am I going to not give the muscle enough time to repair.

your diet if it's adequate will also have an impact on how long you're sore...protein = building block for muscle....after a workout your muscles have tiny tears....you need protein to fix these tears...these tears cause the sorness....EAT MORE!

I am a cripple after leg day for 2 days and am still sore for another 2-3 days.

Chest is fried usually for 2-3 days.

Back (especially with weighted pull up) stays sore for 2-4 days.

Shoulders are good to go the next day.

Weighted dips will put my tris out for a couple days.

When you are starting you stay sore longer. It gets harder and harder to punish yourself enough to be toast for more than a few days as time goes on.

if its your first 3 months, atleast for me its normal, with me i find as i go on my workouts actually relieve my soreness because of the stretching of the muscle, i love lifting while im sore i feel so much better afterwards, but if its been 4, 5 6 months i really cant say, could be diet, over training, or pefectly normall for ur body. As long as ur seeing gains n its not taking away from ur workouts i think its no big deal, not sure waht ur diet is but def pre/post workout make sure u ahve enougg protein, n breakfast is extremly important, u havnt eaten for 6 hours, u need protein
