Okay, can anyone tell me what bf % I should be at before I begin a cycle? I'm 5'8'' 175 lbs and have 15%bf; just had it checked the other day with one of those electronic hand held devices. Should this even be a concern of mine? Somehow I think it should. Any insight would be appreciated.
