Can I really gain off of this?

Got a question. I'm starting a new workout plan suggested to me by a friend. It sounds a little...too easy for me at my physical level. I'm 5'8'', 15%bodyfat, 174 lbs, working out for 10 yrs total, but only the last 3 hard core.
I would only work out twice a week on this plan.

    Day 1

    Dips 2x8 Sets
Low Incline Dumbell Press 2x8 Sets
    Lateral Raises 4x10 Sets
    Abs 2x10 Sets

    Day 2

Hammer Strength Pull-Down 2x6-10 Sets, do 2 sets of 6, and keep the weight constant week to week until you get 2 x 10
Hammer ISO ROW 2x6-10 Sets, do 2 sets of 6, and keep the weight constant week to week until you get 2 x 10
Barbell Curl 2x6-10 Sets, do 2 sets of 6, and keep the weight constant week to week until you get 2 x 10
Squats 2x6-10 Sets, do 2 sets of 6, and keep the weight constant week to week until you get 2 x 10
    Stiff Legged Deadlifts 2x8-10 Sets

What do you guys think? Even though I'd be working out my muscles with one exercise per workout, do you think it'd still be enough to adequately break down the muscle?

i am not sure you would gain anything from this. that workout is for someone who does not enjoy the gym. or maybe getting ready for spring break.

I'd be inclined to agree. Anyone else?

Thanks for the reply. I couldn't agree more. I think I'll try it for a month and see what happens.

Now that you have your warm up exercises listed for each bodypart above, let's now see the actual workout.

If this is hard core, I would hate to see your work out when you are slacking.

You would get a better work out just tensing up as you drive past the gym!

Okay, okay, please allow me to clarify. This has not been part of my workout routine EVER. If any of you guys get a chance, let me know how this new routine is

    Is this better?
