So far I can do 315 at least 5 times with out help. I have been trying to do heavy DB presses but find it difficult controling the weight going down.
Can someone give me an idea of how I should work up to this. I also noticed that by the time I get up to 315 I feel like I have wasted strenght getting there by doing 10 reps. Should I stick with 6 sets all the way?
