    training split

when using a split like this:

    day 1: chest/tris
    day 2: back/bis
    day 3: shoulders
    day 4: legs

would your shoulders training suffer because of the chest and back training prior to shoulder training???

    Day 1: Back/Bi's
    Day 2: Chest/Tri's
    Day 3: Legs
    Day 4: Shoulders
One or two recovery days and you are ready to go again. The answer to your questions is, Yes. My shoulders would be under-recovered from the split you listed~

put an off day inbetween day 2 and 3.
If on back day you are using alot of shoulder try to focus more on your form. And the same goes for chest day work on your form first then work on going heavy after you get the form perfect.
