Am i over training??
Ive noticed alot of peoples bi workout have alot less exercises in it, was wondering if i was overtraiing...
Warmup- 3x12 of sitting ezbar curls
Long bar curls- x12 x10 x8 x6 x 12
Standing curls- 3x 10
incline bench curls(palms facing out at all times) 3x10
then the close grip curls on the pec dec- 3x10
wondering how this looks, am i overtraining, do things in a diff order, ne feedback??

it is more than twice what I do...I would say you are over training, and not lifting near heavy enough if you can do that many sets

i normally do just 1 warmup set of 12-15 reps. that is alot of bi work. make sure you do all of your back exercises first so when its time to curl your bi's are already fatigued.

Monday-Chest/cardio
tues- Cardio/abs
Wed- back/cardio
thurs-cardio/abs
fri--shoulder/tri/abs
sat- legs/bis.cardio
