whats better 30min jog or 45min walk?
in morning cardio i can only do 30 min jog do to fitness probably,but i can do 45 mins walk to my target heart rate,what one will burn more fat?

45 minutes of the brisk walking with the TGH w/out a doubt.

i know i learned this is in like 6th grade, but how do i figure out my target heart rate, and how long should i do cardio inside that??

I do cardio for 30-45 minutes on an empty stomach... Others choose to go for an hour or more.

I do 25-30 mins on a cardio bike(or whatever you call them)

Rule of thumb is 45 minutes at thr, anything less is like pulling out early.
